Peglin is a Pachinko Roguelike - Fight enemies by collecting special orbs and popping pegs to deal damage. Acquire special relics that radically change the game and ensure no two runs are the same. Aim carefully to survive in this unique turn-based RPG!
The dragons have been popping peglins and stealing all of your gold for as long as you can remember. Enough is enough. It's time to venture through the woods, conquer the fortress, and delve into the heart of the dragon's lair to take back what's yours and teach those dragons a lesson.
Peglin plays like a combination of Peggle and Slay the Spire. The enemies are tough, and if you're defeated your run is over, but you've got powerful orbs with special effects and incredible relics that influence both your enemies and the physics you'll use to defeat them.

Peglin is roguelike Peggle.
If that interests you, this is the game for you. If it doesn't, well...
One thing that I really appreciate about this game is that it knows what it is and doesn't shy away from it. It leans into the core conceit of "this is Peggle, and does anyone REALLY know how to consistently win Peggle?" and that brings humor to the RNG in such a way that it's funny rather than frustrating.
Really what I appreciate about the game is the amount of humor that gets injected into everything. There's a lot of puns, a lot of wordplay, a lot of silly situations and "I don't know what I expected" moments.
One flaw with the game at the time of writing is that it feels very short. Like, the moment you start to feel like you've gotten a build going... the run is over. There's no megaboss, no endless mode, just a return to the main menu. It really feels like it needs something more beyond the final boss.
But I still had a great time with it, and at the end of the day... it's Peggle. Peggle's great.
