Cat Quest II takes what worked in the first game and builds upon it seamlessly - so seamlessly, in fact, I didn't truly realize how much was actually changed until I went back to the first game after beating this one. It's not just more of the same. The devs added enough variety, updated mechanics, and quality-of-life changes to keep it fun and interesting. If you liked the original Cat Quest, I don't see a reason why you wouldn't enjoy this one just as much, if not more.
